Which disc to use with ACT 2600

I recently obtained a free ACT 2600 (used) and Im not sure which disc to use. Im considering either the Stock Mitsu Disc or a Comp. Disc from SBR. I will be running an evo 3 16g this summer at 20psi daily and 24 psi with race gas, just to give an idea of the power it would have to hold. Im just looking for some opinions or suggestions, Thanks!

i would stick with an act disc. sure others may work, but the clutch setup is designed to work with mating disc/pp, act/act, sbr/sbr, ect. i personally would not mix and match clutch components. my .02

alrighty, as for the PP it is used and the original disc appears to have about 40-50% life still left on it, i dont have to do anything to the pp do I? i really dont know if you are suppost to resurface that or not..... and about the flywheel, the step height should be .610" is this with the center higher than the outside or the outside raised higher than the center of the surface. Thanks!

I wouldn't run anything except an ACT street disk. Might as well buck up and buy a new one too. You'd hate to pull the trans again in a month to replace it.

the sbr disk has worked great for me.

I switched over when my act's spring came loose.

Just from personal experiance things always seem to work better when you stick with the same company.
