I hope someone can help me. I converted my Talon AWD from auto to 5-speed awhile back. Heres my problem. After I bolt up the center bearing bracket to the block i'm having trouble getting the intermediate shaft centered into the T-case causing it to leak. If I put the shaft in first the holes won't line up for the center bearing bracket to the block. It's only off by very little but enough to where the bolts won't go in straight. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Thanks for whoever can help me.

The Jackshaft Carrier is different from the AUTO and Manual, You need a manual tranny jackshaft if you are trying to use the auto axles with the manual tranny.

Yeah I know and I did get another one when I did the conversion. I don't remember where I got it but I do remember being told it was from a manual. But when we put them next to eachother they looked basically the same. Maybe I got the wrong info. I'll look into that.
