Well car was running great after the rebuild/break-in period, and the clutch master took a shit, at least I believe thats what happend, clutch went to the floor and stayed there, took it off the floor and pumped it and fluid came into the cockpit so I automatically assumed clutch master.

I replaced the master cylinder, bled it, and adjusted the rod all the way out. Now I'm having crazy clutch issues, car is very hard to shift, sometimes it won't shift at all. I'll be sitting still in 1st with the clutch on the ground and it'll sit there for about 10-20 seconds and then the car starts rolling forward. I bled it multiple times and I'm 100% positive there is no air in the system. The only thing I can think of is that the slave cylinder needs to be replaced in sequence with the master cylinder. I bought one, and it turned out to be the wrong one and they closed by the time I got back up there so I'm gonna have to go back tomorrow and hope that a new one fixes the problem.

I'm running a 2600 without the pivot ball shimmed. I just don't understand how it could go from shifting fine to this. Any advice would be great.

the slave cylinder will definetely be a good start. Make sure you bleed it out for about thirty minutes after you install it, also check your clutch line going to the slave, the hard line, and make sure that isn't leaking. Have someone pump the pedal and run your hand around it to make sure that isnt leaking. My car had a pinhole leak out of that line and it was doing exactly what yours is. hope this helps
