I have a 93 tsi awd with a freshly rebuilt motor. I put the sbr clutch in and now it wont disengage. i have tried everything, and have read almost every forum on this site relating to this problem. i put washers behind the pivot ball, welded the pedal assembly, longer slave rod, and also welded a nut to the master to get a little more adjustment. I have no clue what my problem could be. the clutch is also very stiff to push in. We have bleed it tons of times, and also have tried to reverse bleed it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I'm all out of ideas.

i had the same problem with my 3500 when i first insatlled it, i adjusted the clutch pedal & adjusted the shifter and its working fine now
