so here is what's happening on my 95 2g gst.

i start it up and i can get it into gear fine when i push the clutch pedal down then im driving and when i come to a stop and im ready to put it into first gear i have to pump the clutch about 10 times..

why is this ?

i just put a new slave cylinder and i bled it like 8 times..do i need to bleed it more ?

also i am full of fluid..im thinking i still have some air in the clutch line but im not sure..let me know asap so i can get this thing driving again.

thanks :rocks:

Bleed it alot... When you put in alot of new hydraulic parts to a system it takes alot of bleeding some times... Also the 2g accumulator in the clutch line makes bleeding a bi***... If you can make a eliminator line or buy one...

Raise the top clutch switch and adjust the slack out too.... Basically Go thru team rip engineering clutch adjustment tech page and RRE's page... Do every 2g trick they say to do...

Try this after the down stroke on a bleed after the bleeder is closed too... Push the fork end were it touches the slave towards the driverside... This pushes fluid back into the master and the pedal back up... I have found this to speed things up it also seemed to help get all the old fluid out of the system...

just buy a clutch line that eliminates the accumilator. they run about $25. after that take off the slave cylinder and remove the restrictor, bleed it then everything is good
