clutch problem

K i have a act 2100 with maybe 10000miles and on it, and with an oem throughout bearing. I'm having problems going into and getting out of gears. Sometimes i have to press the clutch peddle many times before it will go in. When i let my car sit over night, and start it in the morning if i press the clutch you can hear a scratching sound coming from the motor, only when you press the clutch. Also i can drive it fine but after a few shifts it goes crazy on me and also the engagement point on the peddle changes on me.

I checked for leaks in the master clutch cylinder and their isn’t any? I think it needs to be replaced tho ???

Bleed the clutch hydraulic system and inspect for leaks under the boots on the clutch master and slave.
