transmission upgrades

I have a 95 talon tsi awd manual transmission. Im getting the transmission rebuilt and i need to know what i need to replace , higher performance stuff. a list of performance and upgrades would be cool. thanks wes

i thougth about it, but i cracked my orginal transmission housing so i have to buy a new one which is expensive, and by the time i do that i dont know if i can spend that much on all his upgrades.

Well, if your casing is cracked, then it will have to be replaced anyways. If you are going to do a rebuild, dont just settle for an OE rebuild. Go with TRE or Shep. You should be able to find a good casing in a junkyard if you look hard enough. Or call Shep or Jon and see if they have an extra casing lying around.
