IN Everyone's opinion, should i buy a 5spd tranny, rebuild it, and put a new clutch in, or spend $3,362 to get a completely built Level 10 Tranny and Higher Stall Torque Converter. The 3362 of course doesnt include the install. My car is currently auto, and the tranny is deff going, so i need some opions fast

find the costs of a used or even new OEM auto tranny!!!! i dont kno bout dsm'z but toyota's alltrac tranny's aren't hard to find. esp. directly from japland. im sure you wont need to spend no 3grand on a trannsmission. unless ur car is super modded and the stock trannmission can't do the job. i'm sure u dont have a 10 sec auto awd right? lool so go OEM if u dont. LOL

should i just go ahead and do the swap then, or just put in an Auto with a higher stall TC and some beefier clutch plates?

Well me myself i like 5 speeds i think it makes it more fun to drive and you have a lil more control.. But its up to you.. with a auto tranny you could foot spool the #@%#@%#@%#@% out of it off the line and come out pretty hard.

your car so you do what makes you happy :dsm: :D
