the other day all of the sudden my clutch pedal started actin funny, i can puch the pedal 3/4 of the way down and doesnt do anything it only engages when its almost at the floor do i need to adjust or is it low on tranny fluid or clutch fluid amy help would be great my clutch only has about 7,000 miles on it i hope its no goin out again oh yea its a stock clutch thanks for anyones help ahead of time

check the clutch fluid resevoir, it's on the driver's side, near the firewall, and it's the smaller one, the larger one is for the brakes....

if the resevoir is empty you'll have to bleed the system, just let me know if you need help with that, ..... if it's low or empty, i have an idea of where it could have leaked out...

i have a 2nd gen and recently had a first gen engine put in it, i'm have th same problem andi just checked my resiviur and its empty. do i ahve to bleed the system,? my chliton book says you can just add the fuild. is his right? were i a possible leaking point or could the guy just have not fille it back up aftetr the engine swap? i have had the car back now aftter the swap for a month, and it just happened this morning. ( idon't know if this maes a different but it was pretty cold this morning , there was frost on the ground)
