This is a problem Diagnosis Fixed. Just a heads up.
My problem was that the clutch pedal dropped to the floor and stayed there making it impossible to put the car into gear. I researched it here and did the following:
- Checked the fluid level (full)
- Bled the clutch
- Checked for leaking at the Slave and Master Cylinders (none)
After bleeding the clutch my clutch pedal was off the floor but it was mushy and was back to the floor within a matter of hours. After researching it some more I found only one post stating that:
- If there are no leaks, and if the fluid level is fine and if bleeding the clutch does not help...
Replace the Slave cylinder.
It worked and the car is functional again! Hope that helps anybody in need.
