Taking apart an AWD 5spd tranny, anyone?

So, has anyone here done this ? How hard is it to do? I just want to make sure this tranny is good shape so I can sell it.
 
If you have done other manaul trannys before you should have no problem with it. It's not that hard
 
Ive done plenty, its my daily job, it really depends on how good you are. Just pay attention to what you are doing and remember how things go. Start from the end cover and work your way to the bell housing.
 
Hmm, I would just like to open it and make sure it's ok. i'd hate to sell and find out the gears are buggered.
