Turbo tranny VS nonturbo tranny PICS

I happen to have a nonturbo and turbo transmission sitting next to eachother, and figured it might be nice to show everyone what the differences are.

My input shaft broke off exactly like that one, How would a man go about fixing it? thanks for any help.

My imput shaft broke there too.... WTF is going on and causing that to happen.....
