Couple Qs on Tranny Swapping

Hey guys and girls heres the Deal I have a 95 TSi AWD and i Blew My Auto Tranny Go Figure HUH. and i have a 1g GSX 5 Speed sitting in the garage, and i was wondering What Problems id have converting from Auto To manual with a 1g Tranny and Transfer Case to A 2G engine and Car. i know its possible, I have the Whole Car to work with on the 1g I have a 2g 96 Tsi AWD ECU and i heard i need new Tranny Mounts. is that it? thanks guys

Note: I have the Whole 1G Car Not just the Tranny, i have a 96 Manual ECU and I need New Tranny Mounts Because they are mounted Differently sorry for the mix up 3am Catching Up to me
