Ok....I have been looking around on here for a few days now...can't seem to find the exact answer to my question. If this has been discussed, can you give me the link to find it.

I have a 93 Talon TSI AWD & 90 Talon TSI AWD. I also have a laser rs too...dsm's everywhere here!! :thumb:

Here is my issue. I am selling the 93. I am planning on keeping the brakes, rear end, and some other things here and there.

I read the 90's have a 22 spline vs the 93 has a 23 spline. Is this the input shaft only?

What do I need to keep from the 93? Do I need to keep the entire drivetrain? (i.e. the tranny, xfer case, drive shaft, and the rear diff) Or can I use the 90 tranny, xfer case, & driveshaft on the 4bolt rear? Reason I ask the 90's tranny is in perfect order and the 93's isn't.

Anyone have a site that can describe the parts differences/specs? Help me please...

I'm pretty sure all the x-fer cases had the same amount of splines on the output shaft from the x-fer case i have a 95 tsi awd with a 1g x-fer case and it fits my driveshaft
