Here's what you should do;

1. Take some more ESL classes.
2. Have your transmission rebuild. It has several different problems that are not easy to fix at home.
[Did you mean "rebuildeded"? So much for ESL.]

What are these problems exactly? How did you come to those conclutions?

And its not polite to make a comment on ones language speaking skills. It's also my only language.

"No Insults and/or name calling - this can get you banned without warning - we don't care how experienced or knowledgable you are, don't be a smart ass! "

"No Guesses - if you don't know, don't reply - don't spread misinformation (no "I think" or "I guess" or "I've heard")."

What about these rules;
"Use good grammar, punctuation and spelling in your posts."

"Use descriptive thread titles"

Your original post got more attention than it deserves. However, your second reply was vastly improved, and makes me think that you can handle a detailed response.

The bumping feeling in 3rd gear is caused by a worn needle bearing in 3rd gear on the input shaft. Since it's worn enough to push on the shifter, via the shift fork, it's also moving around in relation to it's mating gear on the intermediate shaft which will lead to uneven tooth wear.

The movement in 4th gear during on/off throttle is most likely caused by worn input shaft bearings. Since it's moving enough to make the shifter move it's pushing on the shift fork, which eventually wears down the shift fork.

I'm recomending a tranny rebuild. Even if you wanted to fix just the parts causing the problems you would still need to strip the whole tranny down to it's fullest and build it back up.

I have personal experience with the same problems.
