hey whats up everyone. well my tranny been grindin 2nd and 3rd and 4th sometimes and i knew the clutch was ready to go . well last night it did. i was hangin out with some friends and i wanted to hear my echaust cause i never heard it outside the car so i told my friend ( my mechanic) to do a drive by in it . well bout half way through you can hear he shifted and then it slipped and then comes the smoke . when he got back to where we were it would only go bout 2 mph with the clutch not pressed and wouldn't go faster if i reved it . so today i went get a price on a stock one and it came to about 160 bucks for the kit. i was just wondering if i replace the clutch it would be fixed? and then the guy at the o riely's said they had 2 sizes . 8 1/2'' and 8 7/8'' i think . what one do i have ? i have a 1992 mitsubishi eclipse 2.0 non turbo 6 bolt .
