Princeton,
I'm NOT talking about the one in the base. The little rubber ones in the linkages that connect the cables to the tranny. I have found mine are cracked and want to know where I can get new one or uratheane ones.

Not sure if this is too late or not, anyway most people get rid of those rubber bushings and replace with solid washers. Much more direct feel and shifting is alot crisper, at least for me it was. The downside to this is a little more shifter vibration and tendency for it to loosen up after some time. Oh well, it is a racecar, right??
