Is there a way to test my diff to see if all is well after it was towed?

2002 WRX,
A while back my AWD 1G was towed. When I went to pickup the car I saw the paperwork said it was towed by a regular truck (ie not a flatbed). When I raised the question the clerk said no he saw it get towed in on a flatbed and noted it on the paperwork :| .

Ok... since then I have always wondered if it got hosed. Is it something i would feel, hear or notice? Is there a way to test it somehow. And if it was towed on 2 wheels what damage do I need to look for, T-case, rear diff?

Cheers.

try driving it... and report back, start off driving really slowly, you dont wanna go out and potentially make things worse...

Well, most regular tow trucks do have dollies that they can put on the rear wheels, if it makes you feel better. Still it is a toss-up as to whether or not they broke anything.

if it drives your fine. if you try to tow it w/ 2 wheels on the ground you will be very fuked as both wheels will lock up untill somehting breaks.
