Ok, I have a 93 GS and I purchased a TRE AWD TO FWD conversion tranny with an Qualfe LSD ( it is a 2nd gen LSD Because the axles on a 2nd gen fwd turbo are real strong) And I have tried 2 sets of axles so far and had no luck. The first set was out of a 2nd gen n/t so those were wrong. the second ones I tried were from a 2nd gen fwd/turbo, these are the ones that Jon at TRE said to use. They fit into the tranny but they are too long. Does anyone here have a TRE AWD to FWD tranny w/ 2nd gen LSD installed on a 1st gen car? If so what azles did you use. Thanks :dsm:

Have you tried a set of 1g awd front half shafts? Or your gs fwd axles? Have you contacted Jon at TRE about your difficulty? I'm sure he's the one to ask since he set you up with the tranny.
