tranny noise:whine then grind

Ok what is happening is my tranny started having a whine in reverse at first .Nothing bad herd it befor in many a tranny> Then it started doin same thing in all gears.It has turned into a soft grinding sound .Just changed over 2 synchro mesh..Fluid full and can shift into all gears like buttah..So whats going on?Can the cvs cause this?Oh and its only when im driving... not when at idle.

your not going to get an answer because people would have to hear it. you typing the sound doesn't help
