Everytime I launch the car hard ( 1st gear ) it begins to pull away and at about 6k rpm it just feels like it hits a brick wall and falls flat on its face. If I keep it floored it just picks up, then dies again, picks up, then dies again ... but all this within a 1/2 sec or less. The whole engine is new, all the components on it are new, turbo is new, intercooler is new, injectors are new ... and a ton of other new parts as well. It started doing this last summer on the old motor ... and since everything has been replaced I'm starting to think it's a drivetrain problem. Any ideas?

btw .. I'm on an act 2600 and I'm not launchng it wrong ... I ran consistant 1.7 60 foots all last summer until this shit started happening. Any ideas? Nobody seems to know what my problem is  .

no its not fuel cut ... this is at 22 psi. It happens at 15 psi as well. It was fine ALL summer last year and then 1 night ( without any adjustments or additional mods ) it started happening and it's never launched normal since.

ive had similar problems with either the fuel filter, Cam position sensor going out. or bad valve springs... you got a fuel pressure gauge? just some thoughts.. sometimes even bad grounds under massive electrical demands

well I did a headswap with different springs and I had this problem before and after so I doubt its that ... fuel filter is a possibility though. CAS would throw a light wouldn't it?
