i have a 95 tsi awd with a broken transmission. i would like to just replace the auto with a manual transmission. it is gonna cost $1600 to repair the auto. what exactly do i need to do the swap? how much money would it cost? and would it be worth it as opposed to fixing the auto for $1600. i couldnt find any info about this for a 95 awd when i searched but if anyone knows of any links, threads, or any people who did this swap please let me know. or if you want you can just give me a basic idea as to what i would be getting into during this swap. thanks alot.
