Clutch Swap - Can't Shift

I just installed a new clutch and it is extremely, extremely difficult to put the car into gear. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
 
The pedal is fully adjusted. I am extending the arm on the slave cylinder and replacing the cylinder. Sorry about the cross post, trying to get an answer quick, been working on the damn car since Saturday. =/
