can i use Redline MTL into my 90 GSX's tranny instead of MT-90?? I just bought some MTLs and I forgot that i was supposed to get the MT-90s, which one is better? help.

I just bought some MT-90 yesterday for like 27 bucks from Napa Autoparts, 3 qts. I was gonna go to the Benecia original factory but I would've only saved about 50 cents a quart. But after putting the new tranny fluid in I drove it and there wasn't much of a difference, I would say it's a LITTLE better but I still cannot downshift into 2nd and upshifting into 2nd still tends to grind but so far it hasn't been as bad. I think next time I'll try BG Syncroshift since MACHV says it's the "best" they've used, so probably when I do my next change at about 110k. I guess I'll just buy the Symborski kit and also a B+M short shifter, even though that won't do much either.

Oh yeah bro got a 3000GT VR-4, I have like a damn turbocharged family here, he also has a 240sx, mom has a 03 Wolfsburg Jetta, dad WRX, and of course my 2g TSi. I drove the VR-4 and damn is that clutch pedal still as hell, it grabs pretty low also, I was able to drive it but it's hard to shift as fast as you would want to though.

I did the same thing, so then i just called redline and asked them. They advised me not to use it and to go get the MT90. Number is on the bottle
