gears grind when i shift gears sometimes

Sometimes when I'm shifting, even when the clutch is in the gears kind of grind. Any idea why that might be?

Syncros are out in the gear you are trying to go into, the tranny bolts could be coming out (the ones that hold in onto the motor), the clutch fors/swivel ball assembly could be excessivly worn, you could be low on tranny fluid, your clutch slave cylinder could have a leak (most popular other than syncros), your master cylinder could be bad. That pretty much covers it. I might have left out some fluke things that might come up.

You might be getting lazy with the clutch pedal.

Oh, and refill the gearbox with Pennzoil Synchromesh.
