here is my question? what do you guys think would be a better "streetable" clutch for me, the ACT 2600 or Centerforce Dual Friction clutch? as of right now my car is mostly stock (1990 tsi awd with 92 head and cams). in the NEAR future i will be puting in a new xfer case, rebuilt 6 bolt motor (no balance shafts), exhaust, 16g (probably small),and all the other bolt on mods (boost controller, walboro, ect ...). i will NOT be racing the car very often and it will be my daily driver. i have driven an awd dsm with the act clutch and it is managable, but i do have a bad back from a car accident and am looking for a more comfortable pedal feel (close to stock). does this clutch (centerforce) hold up good in 1Gs? i know some local 2G guys that love the centerforce, but i have not yet met anyone with a 1G w/ the centerforce clutch installed. if it doesn't hold up well i can deal with the act just fine, but i would "like" to have a softer pedal.
