Best 1/4 time for non turbo with turbo

Anyone have a fast N/A with a turbo??? I dont mean just DSM either I'm talkin Civic Mustang whatever. Just tell me what it is, best time and maybe a rough price on how much $$ it took to make it go..

Turbo 98GSR, $5k race prep'd motor(kid has too much money), and then I think ~$3k for all the turbo ish(fuel, FMIC, turbo, whatnot). On 12psi he has run a 13.3 untuned. Right now the car is pig rich just so he doesn't damage his new motor till he hits a dyno. There is faster out there I just figured I would post since no one else has yet.

Just for giggles my other friend has a Turbo Infinity G20 Mad sleeper he put down 216hp untuned at 13psi on a T25. With what he has coming the the mail right now he should put about 245-255 down once its tuned on the t25.
