im going to the track tommorrow or next sunday, i have 2 1/2 piping with no catylic converter, no muffler just straight pipe to tip, hacked air can, K&N filter, cam gears. what you guys think she will run, i feel a major gain around 5200-5500 rpms, thats when i normaly shift at, should i go higher? any info will be helpful

Are you going to KCIR? If you are, the track is a lot nicer this year than it was last year because they repaved it i think they dropped a couple million on the whole thing. I just got done on friday running a 14.6 @ 88.9MPH. Anyways with the mods you have done I think that you might be able to pull out a low 16's to high 15's just a guess... In my old GS I was only able to pull out a mid 16 until I wrecked it. All you have done that I don't is a little exhaust. BTW, try to shift at about 6300-6500 RPM anything past 6500 I never made any power. Have fun and good luck

ya i might be going on weds., i couldnt go today because i was too damm tired...but i might go weds.

alright im going to the track tommorrow night, i did a fun race today against my friend, he was driving his moms 2000 Ford Taurus V6, i smoked him bad, car lenght 1/2, i shifted around 6800 to 7000 redline, hey project, how is KCIR this year, does the track hook better?

I haven't had any problems hooking up, that might be because I'm AWD but other people I have talked to say that it is much better than it has been in the past. What I can tell you is that after the tree the track is like GLASS!! It is really smooth. Anyways have fun and always expect to run slower than the car will actually run it kind of makes you feel better. When I went I hoped for anything under a 15. I knew it would be but I didn't want to be pissed if it didn't either. So I was glad when it did the 14.6. Have Fun don't break nothin.

YOU JINXED ME!!, LOL j/k, ya it sucks, i only ran a 16.9 @ 81.55mph
