Best Way to clean IC

What is the best way to clean out the stock Intercooler..Im runnin this friday.. My car is completely stock Except for a Fartcan (like that will do anything) . But, im going to clean out the Intercooler so whats the best way to do it??? and yes, i looked on VFAQ. BUT i want your guy's opinions.

this should probably be in another forum....

take the intercooler out (undo clamps on stock hoses & undo 3 mounting bolts). pour gasoline into the intercooler while you cup the other end off with your hand,, shake with both inlet & outlet sealed,,,,empty gasoline...

repeat this until the gas is clear.

i followed the vfaq and it worked fine. Actually wasnt as dirty as i thought it would be for 90k miles. There is one bolt though, you can see it if u pop out the bumper light and look in, that thing is a PITA (2g)! Wait till you get it out and see how small it is too, i still dont know how my car can breath...
