I get a lot of conflicting stories on 1/4 mile times you will get with particular mods. So, just so I can rest tonight, someone please assist me in giving me an estimated time with mods made to my car. A safe max psi would be great, since I'm not sure what to push it up to.

92 talon tsi awd
k&N air filter & intake
mbc
3 angle vavle job
minor port job
3" turbo back exhaust
NGK 6's (I know, my gf ordered the wrong ones)
magnecor wires

15psi max safe boost on this setup
i would say if you can drive high 13's, maybe low 14's if you cant
correct me if i'm wrong

I'm not holding anything back from anyone, but if these are the only mods he made and ran those numbers, how come my estimate is higher? Again, I'm not here to prove anyone wrong, I'd just like to get the general concensus.

LOL... there are very few people who can drive like that. a 13.6@97 means one thing... good ass driving regardless of weight. That is very good driving for that mph! Im sure if you throw some race fuel in and run ~16-17psi you may get a mid 13...

However I do not see what deiselboy said happening...
