best rim size for fwd?

i wish i had some $$ to be in the 13's... 16" with some bigger rubber (like 60 series) would be good enouf and still look good. im shure 17's with some sticky tires would get u into the 12's... but what do i know
 
i think 17's are too big. I don't really care about looks. My car is too ugly for nice wheels:D I'm thinking of rotas 16 or 15 inch
 
15" with DRs or slicks have usually been proven to put more power to the ground as well as more sidewall to promote adhesion and flexing. Plus, you can mess with different sizes to alter 'gearing' to maximize each gear. Best ET in a FWD I have done was Clayton Cobbs FWD 91 GST. 221FMIC, 14b unported, 133k miles original, no exhaust, homemade UIC, crushed 1g BOV, 21psi, SAFC, Konis, Pro-kit and 225/50r16 Nitto 555Rs.
