Winter Plans for the Strip

Well, I figured since the Auto X guys have their own winter plans thread the guys at the strip should have one too. I plan on putting in a built 2.0 I just picked up and breaking the HP record with the BEP housing and HX35. What about you?

exhaust?
fuel pump?
fuel management?

-high pressure 255 wally, im hoping it flows enough for my goal. if not ill go bosch
-tuning with DSMling
-Tial 38mm mounted on SBR cast exh manifold
-N Tercooler FMIC spray

Im rebuilding my brad new 2.3 due to a shipping mishap, ptt twin disk, fp3575, twin 255s on e85, 1600cc injectors, and a crap load of other stuff.

To the OP, the pump will be more then enough so no worries, I went 10.09 @142 last season on a T3 35R at 35psi. And no fuel pressure loss. What are the goals for the car?

Oh and my goals... Make some damn power, and build another engine so when I blow mine up the down time will be alomst zero.

thats awesome man, thanks for the info on the pump. right now im just looking to break the record for the HX35 in the BEP housing. the current record is at 494 awhp and im hoping with the setup im putting together i will break 525 awhp. id like to see a low 11 MAYBE a high 10 if possible. i wish i had the cash to throw together a spare built motor. do you have a trap or 1/4 time goal for next season alex?

I would really like to go 8's I know it will be alot of work and cash and time and... well you get the picture, for trap speed, somewhere in the high 150's to low 160's. I think if we get everything dialed in like I know we can that goal is very realistic.

I might be right there behind you. I am building my engine, and going to run a bep hx35. I am going to keep my exhaust on as long as possible, I am going to try to break the stock exhaust records.

Not unless I get a bunch of sponsors, . I can do the drive no problem, but the money is the biggest thing. I think Vegas will be as far as Im going to go next season. But who knows...
