The pictures posted are from last Friday night at Maple Grove. We are trying to get the torque converter sorted out right now. We are going to be running I/D Comp eliminator in the NHRA Powerade series.

How are you able not to run any oil or water lines to the turbo and no intercooler of some sort. Can you shed some light on that?

There's no intercooler because they're likely running methanol. Shep and Rau (among others, I'm sure) don't run intercoolers either.

As for the turbo oiling.... that one I'm not too sure. But plenty of turbos aren't coolant cooled.

Look at the second picture. You can see a black line with a red fitting on the turbo. I'm going to say that is the oil line. And Mr Boxx is probably right, no water line. I'm guessing that it's a filled block anyways, so there'd be no coolant to go in the line.

Shep at one time had a air to water cooler in his car. But he got rid of it.
