need some advice and what 1/4 mile times can i expect?

This summer or possibly sooner i am planning on hitting up the New England Dragway in Epping NH. I was wondering a few things. 1st i wanted to know about what i should expect to run at the track....like my 1st tiem and then when i get better at it right now im running a 98 GS but by the time i go to the track ill have an Apexi N1 exhaust, B & M short shifter and maybe an AEM ColdAirIntake. so what should i expect to get when going there for my 1st time. Also, i was wondering if u guys could gimme some advice to get a "good launch" cuz usually when i try and launch it at a light i will peel out and i dont wanna do that at the track.... so advice for how to drag well? thanks im extremely interested at ur responces and advice/tips. Prolly like a high 16 but dont expect anything great yourfirst time. My first time at the track with my car stock, I ran a 16.0. Its takes practice to get it down.
