Ok turning my 91 auto awd turbo into dedicated racecar..advice needed!

Ok guys, especially you awd auto guys need some advice.
My 91 auto turbo awd is unplateable so making it dedicated racecar.
I started with simple stuff. Took out passenger seat, back seats,spare, jack.
Think run stock drivers seat for now. Car has no stereo but is pretty much full load no sunfroof.
I guess I can take out wipers or should I leave them in? As said car will never be streeted again.
I have cruise can just get a non cruise cable and take that out right. I have air just take out compressor and air fan and maybe air fuse box? I will take out evap canister, do egr block off. Don't need catback anymore just get 3 inch downpipe right?
Can I take out the stock steel bumper reinforcements front and back or do I need to buy or fab up something so the bumpers will still stay on? I will go huge fmic at some point.
Should I keep the front and rear sway bars or ditch them? Do I need adjustable shocks front and back or just fronts?
Should I weld my center diff?
Will my stock axles take some decent power if put say my FP3065 on this car. Which are more likey to break front or back. About how much stall for FP3065 .Although might do some playing with smaller turbos say evo and then 50 trim size before going to the FP3065.3065 is on my 97 talon and may not want ot take it off yet undecided or may go down to 3052 on 97 its pure street car.
What about tires..et street radials what sizes in say 15 or 16 inch rims. I shoudl go 15 as they are lighter right? I have stock 16 and 17 inch talon rims around here.
How much can the stock bottom end on my 6 bolt really take if throw in say arp head studs .I would likey run 280s cams and spring kit. Woud do up bottom end but not right away.

Tranny obvously rebuild my auto and get bigger stall and shift kit. DSmlink like have in my 97 good enough for programming. Have gm maf and maft already. Have supra tt pump already. Of course get bigger injectors as needed and afr.

So will my 3 bolt survive since its an auto car?
Also like to hear from a few of you auto awd guys in terms of et ,mph ,60fts with what combos of turbo,mods ,raceweight. what has been stripped out of the car,what tires you run ,what stall speed ,what has broke etc.etc.

I guess I can take out wipers or should I leave them in? As said car will never be streeted again. Leave the wipers in, unless you own a trailer that will always be available I would just keep em, I run 9's and still have mine.
I have cruise can just get a non cruise cable and take that out right. Get rid of ALL your cruise shit and get a non-cruise cable and call it a day.

I will take out evap canister, do egr block off. Don't need catback anymore just get 3 inch downpipe right? If you dont mind the noise then a 3" Downpipe dump works awesome for any turbo car.

Should I weld my center diff? Save yourself alot of headaches and call IPT to get a trans and all the supporting things, get their race trans and it will already have a welded center diff.

Stock axles will be ok, get a 4 bolt rear end and call it a day, autos can pre-load before the launch so breaking stuff is very very very unlikely.

Thanks you have answered quite a few questions. I will have to rent a trailer.This car can not be streeted period. I can't plate it or permit it. Race car trailer only.

So what about the bumpers. Can you rehang the rear bumper cover without bothering to buy support pieces? I will buy that jm fab front bumper piece I think. Its fairly cheap.
and what about adjustable shocks front and back like kybs? Any point?
 
i am in the same boat, i am retiring my 10 sec evo 8 and trying to build an all race 91 auto tsi.

I have gutted the interior, a/c, cruise, stereo. the front bumper cover will not hold up with out the metal beam. you can cut off out the center( as you will need to for the fmic). i have not touch the back bumper yet. i have agx's with light weight rims

my plans are t67 turbo, 950cc injectors, 2.4 motor, trans cooler, big fmic, build tranny, fuel pump, aem, and more weight removed. might also play with some spray
