Well i just decided to run my low boost setting Sat. at Mooresville. First time running there, was alot better track then im used to so i kept uping my launch RPM. FWD sucks at the tree and street tires dont help at all LOL. My low boost setting is set at a little over 20psi (20.3-20.5 most the time) but for some reason it was only peaking 16-17 then spiking down to like 11 and running back up to 14. Each pass i looked at was a little different. Sometimes only hitting 15 and spiking to 10 and running up to 13. The car must have a leak that i dont know about, need to do a test and find the problem.

Ran about 10 times LOL. All 9.1's, missed 3rd about 60% of the time for some reason LOL Heres what most the 9.1 slips looked like, with shittier launches. Best 60ft was in the 8.9 run.

Also, the car has a tune for 24psi with 100octane. Just didnt have the money to run it since its 5.99 a gallon, and kinda glad i didnt since it was leaking so bad.

Best slip
60ft-2.237

Sorry, closest1/4 is like a 2 hour drive. Only 1/8 mile tracks here in the country LOL

Nice LOL, 1.45 rt???
LOL i dont car about R/T. I just sit at the line and make sure my RPM is where it needs to be, then take off. Ive had em in the 2 second range before. When i get a 2 step ill try on my R/T a little more but until then i could care less.

you have a 20g and only got that in the 1/8? man you need to learn to peddle that thing it has alot more in it than that. I was pulling 8.6-8.8 in the 1/8 with the 14b ( i have awd to but still)

Also i bet if you got to a 1/4 mile track it would really surprise you on the trap speeds.

^^^ there are plenty of fwd dsm's running faster than my 1.8 60ft time. You bought a fwd car and need to modify it to launch better. I am not trying to be an a*s but where there is a will there is a way - project goodwill is a good example.

If you read above instead of JUST lookin at the slip youll see that it wasnt holding boost well. Basically i was only holding 13-14lbs. Its tuned for 20 on 93 octane so im sure that was ####in up the A/F. Yea the best 60 i could manage was the 2.237 which was in the 8.9 run. Ive got my piggy bank full of dimes and quarters and ###### gonna buy some drag radials. The car hooks in 1st, its just that i have NO LAUNCH. I must ride the clutch until i get past the tree. Then its all good. Im sure after some boost leak test and a tuning session to get my A/F in line even with the same tires i could of pulled 8.7 or so. With drag radials i dont see a problem with a 1.9 or 1.8 60ft time which will help me alot.

I just posted the slip for the hell of it. First time with the track on the new turbo. Thats why i didnt run 24psi and 100octane, which is my high boost tune. I was just trying to a baseline and i dont think 8.9 is a bad place to start.

Im still on stock clutch BTW
