What a difference the BFG's make!

Previous 1/8 mile best time...9.1@86mph
This was on my 18's wrapped in 235/35/18 Potenza S0-3's

New Best 1/8 mile best time...8.5@87mph
This was on the 225/50/16 BFG's

Both times ran on basically pump gas w/ boost at about 23psi. I cut a 1.975 60'once on the BFG's but averaged 2.0. On my S0-3's best 60' was 2.173 but averaged 2.2-2.3. I still need to work out my spool and random misfire issues. In between every shift the car would bog for a split second until it made boost and then it would charge towards the finish line. Also, if I ran it to redline it would misfire when I shifted into the next gear for a second or two and then clean itself up an run. I hope to go back and run low 8's w/ the bugs worked out, that should put me in the low 12 second category if the BFG's can handle it when I finally make it to a 1/4mi.

You rock man, bad-ass fwd 60' times. I can't get mine below 2.20's, even with drag radials set at 20 psi. Just ran it last night.

Ran a 2.24 60' time, 9.0 sec. 1/8 mile time but at 99 mph! Car was gettin' down after it finally hooked, as noted by the huge 1/8 mph.
