first time track goer.. numbers

hey guys, I went to the track today, season closer, first time ever.
heres my best slip...

79.92mph
13.765 (1/4)
99.63 mph

My mods are pretty basic, turboback, maf-t, 2.5 intercooler pipe, stock sidemount, stock fuel except for rewire.
was running 16psi on 91 octane.
I'm quite pleased, and am now hooked on going to the track.

I wanted to keep raising the boost little by little, I got to 16 ran with great timing, and no knock all the way to redline in each gear...
could I have turned it to 17 or 18? I didnt wanna find out the hard way..
