This was my very first track run. I wanted to sort of establish a base time for me to improve on. This is with my mods in profile. Note: stock exhaust, stock boost, and a lot of stuff in the back (sub, amp, set of springs, took kit, jack, ect). I was basically trying to learn how to launch this car so i got plenty to learn and worth with.

R/T .588 (ouch)
60' 2.136 (i know i can do better)
330 6.128
1/8 9.573
MPH 70.16
1000 12.488
1/4 14.992
MPH 89.58

I will be posting video and timeslip links soon. The video you guys can look at and give me some pointers on how I am doing.

Why didnt you bother taking out all that extra weight? Would have helped you gain a tenth. I always wonder why people leave shit in their cars when they run at the track.

Anyways, that looks to be a good starting point for a stock car. How were you launching? You are right in that you could improve the 60'. If you could cut a 1.9', you could slice your time down nicely.

You realize that a perfect R/T is .500 so you were within 88 thousands of perfect? Nothing wrong with that. 60 ft sucked though.

LOL well honostly i was not going to race i just went down to watch. About half way through the event my friends talked me into running my car so i had no where to put al of my crap. I do need more practice with launching as i have only been driving this car about a week and still learning its clutch and AWD. It seemed like it really didnt want to accelerate much in the later gears. Maybe its the exauhst holding me back?

I got a vid of my run but i dunno how to post it... also, im ordering my exhaust system this week.. should have it in next weekend and ill turn up the boost to 14psi .. then ill be able to give you guys an update next wednesday when i run again.

R/T doesn't really affect ETs though, which is what we're (well, I'm) looking at :)
