Sean Glazar took the Extreme Talon out for some local test and tune after finding out some small problems and first pass out set a new personal best of [email protected]. 1/2 tenth better than his 8.87@159 from over two years ago. The car has been running consistant 8.90's- 9.0's, but it looks like the bottleneck might have been found. Still waiting to hear if he got a second run in, too many people breaking and oiling the track.

Where was this at rob??? I want to see him run one of these days.

I'm still waiting for Shep's car to make a record setting pass again :thumb:

This was at Capitol Raceway. We will probably be doing some more testing this weekend should the weather hold out. I will keep you posted.

Did his setup change at all inbetween these times?

Awesome time for an "old school" car that's back from the dead. :p Unfortunately, he's still 0.5 second behind the top guys in the class. GM has definitely stepped up and cashed in on this sport... Now with Gary G out of the class, GM looks to be able to stay on top for quite some time.

BTW, Shep and Sean both are great pioneers to the sport. So let's stop all this "Well, xxx did this and yyy did that" BS. They're two totally bad a$$ cars. 'Nuff said. :thumb:

What happened to jshep? Why is he not on DSMtuners 1/4 mile times anymore?
