I currently have :

dejon ic pipes, 1g bov, mbc, custom 3" exaust, kn air filter, upgraded fuel pump. turbo is stock t-25. car is a/t transmission.

Recently I had a problem in my wastegate and I figured: what the hell why not just replace to a turbo that comes with internal wastegate. So I'm going to upgrade to a big 16g turbo and 550cc injectors. Maybe an apexi super afc when i have the money.

I never did a 1/4 mile run before, but I was figuring I could break into the 13s with those mods. I really wanted to break into the 12s but I don't think that's going to be possible until I get a decent intercooler so I can increase boost to high levels.

So anyone seen a/t with similar mods I am talking about make a 1/4 run ? Any other suggestion on mods ? What should I expect ?

What elevation are you at? What PSI do you plan to run? Race Gas? My rough estimation on details already provided would be mid/low 14's

I'd recommend getting the SAFC before the injectors. You shouldn't be flowing enough air with the minimal mods you have listed to need the bigger injectors. With the SAFC you should be able to adjust fuel enough to compensate. When the FMIC is purchased would also be the time to raise boost and upgrade injectors.

I'd also recommend not trying to push the boost to high with out an intercooler(like you said). Knock can become fairly abundent under high boost with a TDO5H turbo and a stock SMIC.

Pushing airflow, or making HP is NOT the reason to upgrade/downgrade or EVEN tell anyone what injectors they should or shouldn't use.

550's will allow MUCH better performance, if you tune it well. You will need a AFC or a DSMlink to run them though. 450's will be fairly good without an AFC based on my experience and several others.

2g's like the biggest injectors you can run, as long as you can lean them out.

660's are almost too big unless you do other things that most people won't recommend. 550's will be fine. You get way more timing with 550's than 450's, and it'll be safer none the less.

Race Gas, yes. Well, I guess I won't be running on the 1/4 mile until I get a FMIC so I can go all the way to 18+psi with the big 16g. 550cc and SAFC will be added when I have the money, right now I think I'm just going for a b16g since the wastegate from my t-25 has went bad, it's probably smarter to replace the turbo already than buying a new wastegate since I already wanted that upgrade. I will be probably running 12psi until I do the proper upgrades to run more boost with the b16g.

From where should I buy the big 16g and install kit ? I was going for RRE but their 2g install kit is over 300 bucks (ouch!). Really expensive, but I can't be running with my car the way it is, with a bad wastegate I'm filling my engine with all that nasty hot air (it goes past 20psi on the boost gauge), so I'm defintivly doing this upgrade in a couple weeks.

Honestly your looking at low 15's, maybe high 14's at most. I have an A/T to, and until you do some tranny mods and upgrade teh turbo and IC your not getting close to 12's.

low 15s with a big16g and race gas ? Ouch! I better start saving money for that fmic, s-afc and 550cc's :)

Oh #@%#@%#@%#@%, my bad. I saw the beginning of the post where he said he still had the T25. With a Big16G he could pull 12's with it, but it's going ot take some tuning.
