I made the trip to a local 1/8th mile track on Saturday and busted out my best 1/8th mile to date, 7.86@92mph. Just wondering if dropping a tenth in the 1/8th would mean dropping a tenth in the 1/4. My previous best 1/8th mile pass was a 8.22@89mph on a 1/4 mile run of [email protected]. I'm hoping this means that i can expect some nice low 12 second passes next trip out.......

In a turbo car a lot of things can change from the eight to the quarter. For example my cars picks up a lot of mph from the 1/8th to the quarter. Yours may or may not depending on your turbo setup.

If everything remained the same throughout the pass then yeah I would have to say low 12s are in your immediate future.

But like previously stated, it's hard to use this equation because cars are different. If you have a huge laggy turbo your 1/8th time won't be as good as your 1/4 mile time.
