[RESOLVED] 4g63 turbo

can you turn a 4g63 turbo into a 4g63 non turbo because my friends mom has a 1992 eagle talon and she want to take out the turbo because it needs a new one could you just take the exhaust, ecu, and injectors off the non turbo and put them hers when we take off the turbo??
also how can you tell if the motor is a 4g63 non turbo with a 4g63 turbo kit??
