The body is real clean but I dont think it has as much potential and is not as much fun as the eclipse since that mazda is also a 6cyl and high gas prices is real tuff

uh no, dont do that.
the only factory turbo models were the generation previous to that body shape.
motor options for that and the ford probe since they are the same thing was a lame 170hp 2.5l v6.
the only turbo probe/mx6 of that gen i have ever seen threw a rod while the guy was showing off in front of some local dsm guys like 5-6yrs ago. did not make a good impression.
plus the dsm has untold amounts more of potential.
why would you even consider this sort of transaction?
edit: the first gen turbo probes and mx6s made 145hp stock...why would you want to screw around with that.
also, look at the aftermarket for ford probe and mx6, its barely existent, and totally not worth modding.
the 96 mx6 weighs about the same as a 2g gs-t, with a crappier motor, and far less overall potential. common sense says a TOTAL NO to this idea.

The OP has a gs-t, and the ms6 is in a totally different price range. You cant really compare the two.

maybe because you cant see an intercooler in the picture.
i really doubt someone would do an aftermarket turbo kit for the 2.5l v6 that comes in that car and not have a proper front mount as well.
the pics are also total crap and if i was selling a car that i added a turbo kit to, i would have pics of the turbo and of the intercooler as well.
maybe thats just me though.
