420a upgrade

I have a 97rs and right now i'm taking apart my engine to change a leaking head gasket and valve seals, but before i put it back i wanna know what can i do to get more hp, i want help with upgrades without putting a turbo and with a turbo installment, thxs

Modify your fuel management, change out your pistons/rods/etc, port polished head, aftermarket intake/exhaust headers, change out your camshafts + cam gears, or change out your air delivery. Hope this helps
