I have looked at this from a whole bunch of angles and I think the only people I could trust mabye in this forum, SO...tubocharging a 93 eclipse GS (91 flywheel) what do i need to to get to get his thing to work. I beefed up my internals with forged pistons a forged rods, but beyond that with the turbo setup itself what ALL do i NEED to get?
:dsm:

sell it and get a.......just kidding.

really though, what compression did you go with?

to make it really work you'll need

turbo
exhaust manifold
intercooler
intercooler piping/bov
turbo ecu
other stuff

Ok, you need to get:

450 cc injectors
resistor pack
exhaust manifold
turbo
02 sensor housing
downpipie
IC piping
intercooler
knock sensor
Turbo ECU
turbo MAF

You need to put the ecu in and run 2 additional wires. For the knock sensor one is grounded and the other goes to the ecu, the turbo maf has 7 wires instead of 6 and the extra wire needs to go to the ecu. Thats about it, boost away.

Oh, and your probably going to break the tranny, turbos are a bit stronger. I say you pick up a turbo trans and you will also need the flywheel

PM mavisky..he accomplished it..also a friend of mine who worked for RRE did it, Alex R. ..pain in the a55 install from what i've read and what they've explained and told me...me and a friend tried, emphasize TRIED, LOL..to turbo his talon 91 2.0 ....did not turn out to well..went back to stock and found himself a GSX for 500 bux...

moral of the story is...well hell, ur half way there with the motor..

i believe u might need a turbo fuel rail w/ FPR
the turbo wiring harness would make it easier
fuel pump

its kinda late and cant think..but yeah PM mavisky..good guy to talk with..pz

when mine was done a tubo motor and harness were swapped in... but since you have the internals taken care of it sounds like you are in half desent shape. you are going to have to be extremely careful with out a knock sensor pay extremely close attention to o2s and EGTs. you are going to need a turbo oil pan and it might be worth while getting a set of turbo cams, you can usually find them real cheap.
