epromed ecu

hi i got a question im gonna try and explain it the best i can.k here go's.

i got a eprom ecu. picked it up from skool for free. it came off a 91 aawd talon. 2.0 standard. the problem was said that the ecu will cause engine to sure at acc , idle or above 1500 rpms. i was wondering if there is a way to fix this or a place to send it to get it fixed.. thanks

this doesnt belong here, and the idle problem the car had was probably the actual car's problem, i dont know exactly what it is but its a screw that you use to adjust your idle, it probably needed to be adjusted on that car
