I thought I was getting out the dsm game but i could not stay away to long maybe a few months. Anyways i still have my 6 bolt engine sitting around and i bought a new shell for so i decided im gone to build the block since the head is already built.

wiseco hd pistons .20 over
eagle rods
acl bearings
apr head studs standard or L19 not sure witch one?
head gasket? not sure witch would be the best i was thinking oem
balance shaft elim
oem oil pump
all new timing

Im not sure if im missing anything.

i play to do everything big so if i plan to upgrade for a 16g to some like a 6262 i can handle it and pretty much anything.

your thoughts and opinions?

I don't see any mention of the cylinder head or machine work. I'd be looking into a good set of valves, a valve job and springs plus basic block prep work to accommodate the new rotating assembly.

First a 4g block will not go .20 over or 5mm, but you can go .020 over of .5mm

YES^^^^^

What are your HP goals and budget?

i have a built head already port work, all brain crower valves, spring retainer, hks 272 cams, but the block is stock so i decided to go with a bottom end rebuilt. have the block machined and crank micro polished.

power goals 500-600 with room to build.
