Good machine shop in DC area?

I just called a machine shop and this guy just told me 1000 to turn a crank and 500 to bore .020 over. Now i was born at night not last night. If anybody knows of a good machine shop in maryland (preferably the dc area). Help is greatly appreciated thanks !

BTW grind a crank should be appox $100
and to clean/bore/hone a block appox $125
