When changing cams

Just basically follow the VFAQ right? Such as not loosing the tensioner pulley bolt? From the look of it, seems like an hour to do. Any tips?

Is this the write-up your referring to?
Prostreet 4g63 Cam Install

Don't trust a write-up 110%, the year/make/model of the car being used for that particular article could be different than yours which can change things a bit. Always read the manuals first and use the VFAQ article for the pictures if the Mitsu manual is to vague.

An hour! You're in for a surprise.

If it's your first time it's going to take much longer.

Plan on about at least eh 5? From start to finish, and making sure timing is spot on, without any issues.

Yeah, much of it's the timing belt part.

Depending on the size of cams, its a good idea to look into valve springs. And if you are thinking of replacing the springs wiith a new set, might as well do your timing belt if its been a while since you last replaced it or don't know when. One project can lead to a subproject or to a completely different project. This can turn a weekend project into a full week project depending on experience, access to tools and space, temp, etc.

Have some Delta 272/264 and ordering up new lifters next month. Hopefully to do this at work so i can use my air tools. Also planning to have some of the stuff prep beforehand(i.e. 'prime' lifters, valve cover gasket kit, preclean Hyundai VC)
